A Week in the Life of Me

June 17 - 23, 2012

The week started with Father's Day so we went to Applebees.

We were not just cheering for my dad though.  We were also celebrating Julie & TJ's engagement (thank you Auntie Bonnie) and my little brother making the honor roll his last quarter as a freshman.

I love when Julie comes.  She is going to be my sister and that is so exciting to me.

Of course I always love when my big brother is with us.

We are a trio.  I like that alot.

We had a really cool waiter. He was rad. So I was showing him my best rap moves:)

We are looking at my state ID card.  It expires on my next birthday, so I will have to get a new one.

And since I have a birthday coming up I decided to fill out the Happy Birthday Club card.

Uh TJ, I have chocolate on my finger from my goey cookie. I think Julie is wondering just what TJ is going to do?

Haaa, he is trying to wipe to off without getting any on himself. Funny guy.

Hello, Hello. Anyone there?  I am pretending I am my mom. She is talking to my grandpa on her cell phone.

On Tuesday, we had to say goodbye to our van.  It is really old and it was just not working so well anymore so we decided to donate it to the Make-A-Wish Foundation because lots of our readers have gotten a Wish.

We are selling some of the samples in our store. And guess what?  The money is going to help families who are adopting through Reece's Rainbow.  Do you see those cute pictures?  Those are some of the girls we helped support and they are now with their forever families.

And sometimes they send me pictures.  Like this one that is on my desk.  Here is what it says...

This is the little girl that we were collecting coins for in the jar in the store.  Isn't she so cute!! And look tomorrow is her birthday. She is going to be five.  Happy Birthday Katie!!!!!!

On Wednesday, Myrya came to visit us.  She is the one who made the quilted guitar for Guitarmania.  She had us laughing so much.

She was telling us all about how she did it. It is ten feet tall.

Myrya is so nice. I really like her.  We have the best customers.

Oh look at this.  The calendar is out for my Sewcial Lounge.  Pretty cool!

It started really small.  Do you see it?

Then the smoke got a little bigger.  And then it was on fire. So my mom had to call 911.

This is the captain.  He was very nice. He and his buddy got the big hose out and watered everything down.  Then we took pictures.  But then he asked me to go inside because they had to turn that big truck around.

So I sat in the window and watched them.

Can you see me?

Look!! There is a flag on the back.  So you know what I did?  I said the Pledge of Allegiance. Word for word.

Bye fireman.  Thank you for putting out our fire and saving our signs.

Are you wondering how they got out of here?  Haaa my mom taped it and we made a little video for you...
