Rehearsal Dinner

My big brother TJ is about to get married. I am going to be in the wedding. Tonight is the rehearsal dinner. I was a little afraid to go into the church.

But he was waiting for me to help tell me what to do.

I can't believe he is getting married. I hope he isn't too nervous up there.

I have to pay attention. I am getting my directions now.

We are practicing walking down the aisle.

My little brother is going to be my escort.

Ok we are going to try it again. This is how we have to line up.

Now we have to go back down the aisle. I am a little scared so I started to cry.

And then I got really hot. So TJ took me outside to get some air.

He was a little worried about me. So he held my hand when we went back in.

And that made me feel so much better. Hey where's dinner? I thought you said this was a rehearsal dinner?

Oh this is a surprise. My Aunt Mary is here.

And Cousin Karen.

And here is my Cousin Adam. They came all the way from Florida to be here.

Here is a picture of the Ely side of the family. We don't get too take very many of these.

That's when I started feeling a little bit overwhelmed. So TJ took me into the dining area and we sat down.

Oh this is more like it. Dinner time.

But first my dad has to give a speech. He did a really awesome good job. We are very happy that Julie is going to be joining our family.  That's what he told everybody. Then it is time to eat.

But now I am not feeling so good. TJ gave me his coat but I am still shivering. So my mom said she better take me home so I can be sure to make it to the wedding tomorrow.

Before I left though Julie came to the car to give me a little present. It is a thank you for me because I am a bridesmaid.  My mom started out of the parking lot and had to quickly pull over because I could not breath, but she always knows just what to do to help me.
