This was our destination. It is called Olive Grace Studios in Fowler Township by Cortland, Ohio.
It is owned by Kori Turner. She is so nice. And she is a Buckeye fan. She even had a scarlet and gray wedding in October. How cool is that!
This store is so stinkin' cute I could not get my mom out of there. And we own a fabric shop. How can she possibly need more fabric?
Do you see me sitting over there in the corner. I was just pretending I worked here.
I think this was my favorite area. I love the colors!
This used to be a one room school house. It still has the original floor. It is really awesome that it is now a quilt store.
As I was walking on this path, I discovered something on the other side of the driveway...
Do you see it? No...not the barn...
...the big ol fat pig. Or is that a hog? I wanted to go see it but I did not want to get mud on my uggs, so my mom said maybe next time we can pack my camping boots.
This little place called Fowler Township is really charming.
They even have a general store. But it was closed because it was Sunday. So then we started driving.
Until we came upon this lake. You will never guess what it is called...
Hmmm...I wonder if they have a lot of mosquitos here in the summer time. Now here is something kinda funny...we were listening to Faith Hill in the car while we were driving and guess what song came on just as we got to this lake...Fireflies.
We drove in to check out the beach but man it is cold out here. So we got back in the car. And then we starting driving. My mom was going pretty fast on this country road until I screamed out. "STOP!!" She whipped her head around and said, "What Sarah, what is wrong?" I told her to turn around...
Will you look at this!!! Right there on State Route 305. I have a street named after me!!
My mom was like "Sarah, I can't believe you saw that." Hello...ahhh...My name is Sarah. I can see it a mile away.
"Mom, where are we going?" "Are you hungry Sarah? "Yes mom."
Look at this...we are at Blazin' Bills. On St. Patrick's day. No green beer for me though. Just a glass of milk please.
OMG! Look at what my milk came in.
Oh pretty good.
Put it in here mom. You know you want to.
I love this. Look at the end of the knife. They make it safe to carry with bread stuck on the point.
Then I cut the bread in two. Look the bread board is green today.
This bread is so good I am eating it with both hands. It melts in your mouth it is so warm. Now I am a food critic.
I am trying to get my mom to feed me a bite of salad. She is not sharing.
Time to go home. I smell campfire so I put my scarf over my mouth. I can't breath in that smoke too much.
See ya later Blazin' Bill's. Hmmm...I wonder if there really is a Bill?
