I Love Verna

I have been so busy finishing quilt tops.

I'm getting much better at putting the pins in.

My mom doesn't even need to help me anymore.

Then I go over to the machine. Sometimes I push the foot pedal a little too much and that's when my mom says she is going to give me a speeding ticket. Then we laugh.

While I am taking the last pins out, I can tell I am really going to like this one.

Taa daa. One more done. What do you think? I really love Verna. My friend Kate Spain designed this fabric. She is the best. This quilt will be going to a Reece's Rainbow family once it is finished.

Oh Sarah, your quilt is BEAUTIFUL! I've been quilting since I was in high school and I still can't get my corners to match up or my seams as straight as you do! What a gift you have!!! :)

Sarah, maybe I will always leave the same comment, but I always think this when I read your blog:

And so do lots of other people!!

No wonder you have so many fans.

It is really fun to see what you are creating and your loving, caring heart for others. You are one in a million. Your mom is pretty special, too, even though I know she doesn't try to put herself forward.

Yes, we just really like you a lot.

Glad you're who you are - if only there were more Sarah's in the world!

HI, Sarah!
I love your quilt top. It is so beautiful! I just worked on a 9 patch block that was really hard for me. All those seams to line up! You did a terrific job on yours.
I just read the article about you in American Patchwork & Quilting. I'm so excited to show it to my family and say, "I know Sarah!"
I especially like the title of the article, "Quilting Changes Everything." I know that quilting really has changed everything for me!
