Sibling Friends ~ Prom Fashion Show

My observation of the friends at TJ's 21st birthday party continues. See that handsome guy pointing his fingers? That's Jimmy. He is a freshman at Ohio State this year...

...which means he was a senior in high school last year. He was an Officer of Student Congress, Mr. Personality and quite a catch around the school. Guess who he escorted in the Senior Prom Fashion Show?

Do you see the beauty peeking around the curtain, tenderly glancing at her yellow rose?

Now that they are on step two waiting to be presented, do you see who it is?

And now the crowd goes wild!!!!! Presenting Sarah E. and Jimmy R. Roaring thunderous cheers are heard as she takes his arm. He ever so sweetly makes sure she doesn't slip stepping onto the wood floor and then they both sashay across the stage.

Meeting back in the center, he politely presents his arm, which she is more than happy to accept.

I don't think Jimmy fully appreciates what he did that evening. On that night, Sarah was simply a High School Senior. A member of the Class of 2008, strutting her stuff. Changing perceptions and opening minds. This mom will forever be grateful. Thank you Jimmy.

What a fun night, your posts are still the best Sarah! Hey, in looking at your Cavs pic, I am a big Utah Jazz fan and was wondering if your family (being Buckeye Fans) know our new awesome center, Kosta Koufus? He is a GREAT player!!!

Sarah is SO beautiful! It sound like such fun! One of the first silly worries that came into my head upon receiving the amnio results was that Sydney wouldn't get to do the things that teenagers and young women do. I was corrected in that bad thinking pretty quickly. Seeing Sarah in her beautiful dress just made my heart soar!!! Thank you!
